Golden Prince Hotel & Suites : On the Job Trainee Programme

We develop strong and interactive partnerships with schools and learning institutions within and outside Cebu to facilitate learning experience of students who wish to put to good use their learned theories from the institution and turn it into an on-the-job experience like no other. The programme uses modules which allows the students to perform hands-on work alongside experienced personnel and help build specialized skills necessary for them to be highly competitive in the their chosen field. Training may last up to six (6) months or 1440 hours and employs the rotation scheme for the trainees to undergo different hotel operations. Our organization considers these trainees as our wealthy pool for recruiting talents.

To be part of the OJT Programme, applicant must currently be either a Hotel and Restaurant Management student, Bachelor of Science and Psychology student or from any other related field.
